Fresh out of the Oven-- all 40 dozen...

Yesterday, my mother and I went to a fun little Baking Day over at her friend Amanda's. It was really fun. We all made a couple recipes, and then took some of each home! YUMM! Here are the results...

We ended up with a TON of cookies. We filled the whole kitchen with them!! :O I recommend going this with your girlfriends sometime but CAUTION! Use a good blender or THIS might happen after the fourth mix or so.

I MET STEPHANIE MEYER!!

It was so funny! We were at this stake bell choir concert in my Grandma's Stake, and we saw her there (she is a mormonian) She Grew up with my uncle and came to my parents' wedding BTW. It was SO funny cuz my dad was all, "Do you want me to introduce you?" and I was all, "Like totally father dearest!". So after the concert we realized she was parked RIGHT behind us, so we walked over to her car, and she goes, "Oh hey Scott!", like she just saw us the day before or something! It was so cool! They started talking about my uncle and aunt and then my dad goes," So, this is my daughter Carly", "I LOVE your books", I say. "And she says, "Thanks, It is nice to hear that from my fans", and stuff like that. Then we took a picture and left! It was so cool. She is really nice, and it was fun talking to her.

I let you see the picture if you promise not to deny that it is me! My dad had to use his camera phone.....

OK OK... HORRIBLE PICTURE! But I promise it is real!... they saw a picture is worth a thousand words but, Dad, this one says only 4. GET A NEW PHONE!

SO... yesterday, Trevlyn took me to a craft fair with her that she set up a stand at to sell her adorable dolls and what not. ;) I just love all her creations and cannot stop looking at them HERE! Sorry, Trevlyn, that we didn't have much success! We only sold four items! I guess you just need to find your perfect fair to sell at. (This one was kind of for the "rocker" crowd, with lots of skulls and stuff. Deffinatly not her style! LOL)

HAPPY B-DAY LAURIN!

Okay, so I know I just barely posted, and COURT was the only one who saw it! But, I have to write about Laurin's party!!

After everyone came and we opened presents, we went to Neopolitans for dinner, and Dave and Buster's and played games!!

When we got home we played truth or dare, and put a toilet paper turban on Tiffany. (She won the light saber at Dave and Bunster's)

Later, after we all went to bed at two thirty, me, Laurin, and Meghan tried to make peole pee their pants! (You know, the old hand-in-cold-and-hot-water-trick!) :)

The Challenge!

Okay, so me and Courtney, (and possibly Alexis) are doing a contest to see who can use the most things to spell their name. (Blocks, etc.) I AM DOING TO WIN!!!! Girls Camp!!

So, this past week I went to Girls Camp!! WOOO! It was so much fun being there with my friends! For those of you who don't know what that is, Girls Camp is when all of the young women at my church, (12 & up) , camp out in cabins and have a lot of fun being together, learning survival skills, making crafts(I will post a picture of one of those for you later, Trevlyn!), playing games, and strengthening our testimonies. Our theme this year was "A hero lies in you" and each ward was a different superhero. We were SPIDERMAN!! It was really great, but my ankles randomly started to swell up! Isn't that weird!? Anyway, enjoy the pics!!!

My Vacation!!

SO! On Saturday... I went to SIX FLAGS in CALIFORNIA!!!!! It was REALY fun! I got to go with Alexis! (click on link to go to her blog) I didnt ride very much, since the 3rd ride we went on KILLED my tummy! That just ment I got lots of time to shop, though! I was able to purchase some pretty cool things! If you ever get to go...... go on GOLD RUSHER. It's the BOMB! :)

Easter!

Last night I went to the Easter Pageant with my family. It is an amazing play that is put on every Easter by our church. There was also a photography presentation that was like a time line of Christ's life, and it was AMAZING. I was grateful that I got to see it, and feel the spirit.

We left to go to the Temple at 2:30...... so we could get a good spot on the lawn to lie our blanket down. (The pageant started at 8:00) Yeah, we had to wait six hours, but it was defiantly worth it, and not too bad, since we brought friends, books, games, and the weather was good. It was a great way to start off Easter. I hope this Sunday brings you thoughts of Christ, and time with loved ones. (Ooh! and don't forget CHOCOLATE!)

Alexis!

One of my BEST friends in the WHOLE world is Alexis. She is an AMAZING person with a big heart, great attitude, and humorous personality. She has been in my life for about four years, and I love her SO much.

My First Dance!!!

Anyone seen National Treasure 2? Whatda think? TELL ME!! :)I saw it a week or two ago with Lexie (Alexis) and it was REALY good. Long...but good. So, anyway back to the real reason for the post! I am not going to school tommorrow, cuz they are going on a feild trip to see it. tee-hee! Anyways, so Alexis is not going to school either, so we are going to hang-out and then go to the school dance at 6:00 pm. It will be fun. MY FIRST DANCE!!!! woo! See what I said after HERE!

(After, Alexis and Sami came home with me and slep over. ALL night we wer watching "She's the Man" (love that movie by the way) and TALKING OUR HEADS OFF!!! Yes...we went to bed...BUT NOT TILL 3:00! :) I love sleep overs...)

Clubs..Clubs..and more Clubs

So........ tomorrow I start my 7th and 8th grade Soccer club! :) It is going to be fun, and i know you are probably laughing at the pictures rolling through your mind of me kicking around a ball, but the cool thing and only reason why i am doing it is: the coaches are my two FAVE teachers, EVERYONE, athletic or not, is doing it.

Second, I am going to do a book club with my language teacher who I LOVE!! I am trying REALLY hard to get her to do the Princess diary books...there is nine.... The authors web page is REALLY cool! (Click here for her website) The books look really fun, so anyone who wants to read them with me PLEASE let me know!! We could have an online book discussion!!
